Cycling Activities
Cycling is one of the recreational activities to maintain human health. These activities are usually carried out in groups or individually. Nowadays, cycling has become a trend in all sectors of Malaysian society, whether adults or children. They are willing to buy expensive bikes to get light bikes and have complete safety items so that they can do leisure activities more easily. For example, they ride a bicycle from Jengka to Temerloh, a distance of 50km. Recently, many life-threatening accidents have occurred in cycling activities. The reason for saying this is that people like to ride bikes on the road, which carries high risks and may even be life threatening.
